企业管理可怕的 “七有”

企业发展到一定的程度,各种章程、规章制度、组织机构看似日趋健全,但躯体变得庞大、体制变得复杂、部门变得众多,出现了很多问题,总结起来,有以下几点,应该引起我们的重视:

第一、有战略,但执行不力,贯彻不彻底。面前,企业最流行的就是战略,有长期的、中期的、短期的。但往往是空洞的设想和规划,却没有执行规划的详尽路线图和时间表,最关键的是没有保障规划实现的具体措施,因此,所谓的战略就是流于纸上的“宏伟蓝图”罢了。

第二、有目标,但压力不大,落实不到位。很多管理部门都习惯于到时下达目标,年度目标、季度目标、月度目标,上级向下级下达目标、下级再向下级下达目标,目标成了空洞的数字而已,不能将目标逐时、逐项、逐人分解落实,因此压力不能层层传递下去,目标成了一纸空文。
